The landscape for Oncology Care is changing at a rapid pace. With EIOC, we envision this platform be a meeting ground for global and regional experts to meet for better learnings and take away valuable experiences to their workplace. EIOC which stands for “Excellence in Oncology Care” is a platform for not just one cancer specialty, but provides a holistic approach to 14 sub therapies within Oncology.

Over the centuries, Plastic surgery’s definition has developed into being an art of Anatomy, drawing, and sculpting through surgery and medicine development.

As the name suggests, Emirates Plastic Surgery Congress (EPSC) is an event for Cosmetic Surgery. However, EPSC saw the necessity to create a platform to discuss Reconstructive Surgery as well as Plastic Surgery, making it one of the only events in UAE focusing on both Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery.

Most Reconstructive Surgery patients (i.e., from blue collar jobs) that need full rehabilitation support have no means to pay for their emergency conditions. Through the event, the Scientific Committee is pushing for a stronger network of volunteering doctors who are willing to take on humanitarian duties for patients in need of Reconstructive Surgeries due to accidents and emergencies. In addition, being a non-profit organization, Emirates Plastic Surgery Society works towards giving the young surgeon, resident and students an opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. 

With each year APGCS is building a strong educational and networking platform in the Asia Pacific region where we witness strong presentations, lively debates, insightful data and engaging panel discussions covering the latest in GI Cancer Care.

Over the years, we have designed the program to present an engaging platform to critically examine evidence-based strategies as well as contemporary best practices and clinical decision-making to reach our common objective of improving patient care.

INDEX PCO partners with Key Opinion Leaders from UAE, Singapore Society of Oncology and members of National Cancer Centre Singapore, and National University Hospital, to assemble key opinion leaders from Asia and across the world for this two-day meeting. Hepatobiliary cancer and gastric cancer in particular are often regarded as Asian cancers and we are privileged that the leading lights in these cancers are on our faculty.

In 2020 we had to adapt to the global pandemic of COVID-19 and transform the meeting into a virtual event. Implementing novel ideas and virtual platforms, APGCS 2020 featured an excellent line-up of GI Cancer experts who presented data and research over 2 days. The meeting was attended by over 1,100 virtual delegates from around the globe.

The Asia Pacific Breast Cancer Summit (APBCS) is an annual event organized in the Asia Pacific region which brings together international and regional experts in breast cancer to cover surgical, radiation and medical oncology related topics on early and advanced breast cancer management.

At the summit, speakers share the outcomes of past clinical drug trials that were relevant to breast cancer, as well as preliminary findings from ongoing trials. In addition, research scientists are invited to share and reflect on a concerted effort to bring the clinics and the labs closer.

APBCS started in Singapore, but has been organized every alternate year in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia with collaborations from oncology societies from the host countries.

APBCS hosts over 300 healthcare professionals involved in breast cancer care over 3 days, with dedicated tracks for Oncology Nursing, Singapore Breast Oncoplastic Surgery Symposium (SBOSS) and the best of San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS).

APBCS incorporates an exhibition and conference setting with industry partners sponsoring the event, and the 2021 edition will be the 9^th edition of the summit, and will be organized virtually from 8-10January 2021.

Industry participation will be highlighted via sponsored symposia’s, workshops virtual & exhibition corner.

Registration for APBCS 2021 is complimentary and attendees will have the provision of following all summit proceedings, interacting with online participants and sponsors/exhibitors via the virtual platform and mobile application from the safety of their homes.
