The International Emergency and Catastrophe Management

The International Emergency and Catastrophe Management (IECM) Conference & Exhibition is a leading international platform bringing together the global emergency, disaster management, crisis response, and search and rescue communities. Held in conjunction with DIHAD under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Dubai, IECM provides a dedicated forum for knowledge exchange, collaboration, innovation, and the advancement of emergency and catastrophe management. 

The event brings together government authorities, emergency response agencies, civil defence and search and rescue organisations, international experts, private sector leaders, technology providers, and other key stakeholders. Through its Conference, Workshops, and Exhibition, IECM addresses the evolving challenges of emergency preparedness, disaster response, crisis management, resilience, and recovery, while highlighting innovative technologies, solutions, and best practices shaping the future of the sector. 

IECM 2027, taking place from 04–06 May 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre, will provide a dynamic platform for local, regional, and international stakeholders to connect, exchange expertise, explore emerging technologies, and develop meaningful partnerships. The event will bring together decision-makers and practitioners from across the emergency and disaster management ecosystem to share knowledge, strengthen preparedness, and advance more effective and resilient approaches to managing emergencies and catastrophes.
